Fruit Stand
This is a photograph of a fruit stand at a market place in Barcelona, Spain. There were a multitude of stands that varied in items such as fruits, vegetables, chocolates, meats, nuts, and much more. The stands there were very colorful and the food within them looked very fresh and delicious.

Church
This was an assignment I had called Commercialization. I had to use a previous photograph then create two new images that created a commercial photograph in order to sell something. The three images had to be fairly similar. I chose the image on the left as my previous image. That image was taken at a church in Manayunk, PA about a year ago. I then decided that I would use a tablet as my product with the bible app showing to indicate that the pastor uses a tablet for his sermons. To achieve this I had to find a church that was relatively similar to my original image then I would zoom in closer to the podium, then take a shot looking at the podium and out into the church as if I was the pastor giving the sermon.

Bank
Architecture is one of my favorite things to photograph. This is a photograph of the Susquehanna bank in Hagerstown, Maryland. It was recently built and I loved seeing it all lit up at night. Between the fountain out front and the way the light illuminated through the orange and blue glass, I knew I had to photograph it. The unique architecture caught my attention and I hope it will catch yours too.

Christmas
It's Christmas time again! Every year we decorate the house both inside and out. In my house we decorate with the tree, lights, snowmen, garland, stockings, cards, and other random Christmas odds and ends. For the past 2 years or so we have decorated the front porch with an old runner sled with an old pair of ice skates, a bow, and mittens draped over the top. Besides the tree this is probably one of my favorite decorations. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and enjoy the decorations while they're still up. Merry Christmas Everyone!

Autumn
Autumn is my favorite time of year; the changing of the leaves, the crisp coolness in the air, and apple festivals. During a photo session with my friend, Megan, I found a pile of leaves on the side of the road and told her to lay on the ground on top of them; thankfully she was a good sport and complied. The "S" curve of her arms creates a feminine and elegant pose that leads the viewer through the image. Also, her brown sweater went perfectly with the color of the leaves and the overall Autumn theme.

Hay
One of the things I miss about home, now that I live in California, are the summer mornings after the hay has been baled and the way the light from the sunrise hits them. Every year the local Mennonites use our fields to make hay. One morning I decided to get up early to photograph and I'm glad I did for later that day the Mennonites collected the bales.

Spring
This is an image that I took for my Spring Catalog
assignment in my Advanced Advertising class.
It was a challenge trying to find spring props in the middle of autumn
along with trying to attach a necklace to a flower. After days of searching for
props and hours of fixing the necklace and flower I finally ended up with this
image. Hope you enjoy.
